THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE, WORK ENTHUSIASM AND WORK COMMITMEN ON JOB SATISFACTION (CASE STUDY AT TIKUNG HEALTH CENTER)

Abstract

This study aims to derermine the effect of work discipline, work enthusiasm and work commitment on the job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were Tikung health center employees, with a total research sample of 73 respondents. The sampling tehniqueused saturated. The results of this study indicate that the statistical test results on the work discipline variable have a t value (5.812(greater than the t table 1.994 with a sig value of 0.000 less than 0,05. The value of 0.005 smaller than 0,05 and the work commitment variable has a t value of 2.618 greater than the t table 1.994 with a sig value of 0,001 smaller than 0,05, it can of concluded that the variables of discipline, work work enthusiasm and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the multiple linear regression analysis test show th results that the variable that has the most dominant effect on jon satisfaction in work discipline because the value of b1 is greater than the value b2 (work enthusiasm) and b3 (work commitment).
